Ingredients:
- 400g date paste
- 200g cashew butter
- 1 cup plant-based milk (I used cashew milk)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 10g mushrooms
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, mix all ingredients except the mushrooms. Stir over low heat until it reaches a brigadeiro-like consistency, when the mixture starts pulling away from the bottom.
- Remove from heat and add the mushrooms, mixing well to distribute evenly.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- Shape into small balls, about the size of brigadeiros, and roll them in shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts.
